This migraine cap is easy to use and can be tried hit and cold both. Mild migraine can be effective handled. It’s not a loose fit but just the right fit as anything sticking to your face and nose will irritate your skin. Great quality and value for money. Just put it half n hour in the freezer and it’s magic for the next 15-20 minutes, if you still wish to tighten the fit , may be use something like a Hankey at the back of your head to stuff it up. For reducing headache it really works. Temperature retention is 30 minutes or so and headache intensity is greatly Down.

I bought one for myself to use after work and it works so well, I bought another for a friend! The freezer makes it too cold to put on my eyes, but storing in the refrigerator is perfect.

I have migraine headaches for last 5 years and I have been trying all types (over the top medication, message, diet) to get rid of migraine.
As a try I brought this mask without much expectations. But to my surprise this works like a charm.
One first needs to see if cold bag or hot bag which works for them and based on that the mask needs to be freezed or placed in an oven before using.
When ever we see the initial symptoms wear the mask and relax at does the work.
I'm keeping this handy even during nights so that I am able to take care of my mid sleep migraines.

The cooling sensation provides temporary relief from migraine pain or moderate headache. The cooling effect could last longer than 45 minutes to 1.5 hours.

I have been using it since about 6 months now and it's a life saver. I haven't even tried cold or hot yet. But even wearing it just as it is gives a cooling sensation and the compress pressure controls the pain. I sleep while wearing it and the migraine subsides when I wake up about an hour later. Also very restful sleep which is usually not possible in a migraine attack. It's a key tool in my migraine control kitty now.

It's a wonderful product. Good part is, the temperature of the gel does not lower very much even when stored in fridge for a long time.

It is helpful for the old model rear view mirrors, which do not have an embedded blind-spot mirror. Useful to monitor the rear traffic and for reversing during parking. Requires a bit of familiarization as it gives additional view.
